  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Plan Duration
  The Vehicle Shine Plan is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. All services included in the plan must be used within this time frame. Unused services expire at the end of the plan period.

  2. Included Services
  The plan includes:

  • One (1) Signature Refresh per month

  • One (1) Prestige Deep Clean every 3 months
    Services cannot be combined, substituted, or redeemed for cash.

  3. Vehicle Coverage
  Each Shine Plan is valid for one specific vehicle only, identified at the time of purchase. The plan is non-transferable and cannot be shared between vehicles or customers.

  4. Scheduling & Availability
  Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Same-day or last-minute bookings are not guaranteed. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of that service.

  5. Plan Usage Limits
  Only one plan service may be redeemed per visit unless otherwise approved by ShineLab AutoSpa. Services cannot be stacked or doubled in a single month.

  6. Add-On Services
  Add-ons such as Engine Bay Cleaning, Odor Removal, or Hydro-Coat are not included in the plan unless explicitly stated and must be purchased separately at the current add-on rate. (These can be added for the plan for a discounted price.)

  7. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer
  Excessively dirty vehicles, pet hair-heavy interiors, biohazards, excessive staining, or extreme neglect may require additional fees or a separate deep-clean service, even if covered under a plan.

  8. Weather Policy
  Mobile services are weather dependent. ShineLab AutoSpa reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions.

  9. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  All Shine Plans are non-refundable once the first service has been completed. No partial refunds will be issued for unused services.

  10. Right to Refuse Service
  ShineLab AutoSpa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, aggressive behavior, or vehicles that pose health or safety risks.
